Returns & Exchanges

[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title="Can I cancel my order?" open="false"]You can cancel an order within a certain period from the date when you placed you order. All items at cadbu.com are manufactured after your order is received and therefore they may be under production due to which they are not shipped immediately. If you cancel the order, we will check with the factory on your order status and inform you if the cancellation is possible or not. There are no assurances about cancellation of your order. [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="What is your refund policy?" open="false"]Refunds are made for products only under the following conditions:

  • Products is damaged on receipt during transit
  • Product is defective.
  • Product is incorrect in size/colour/design and there is no replacement available for it.

We cannot take back any products outside these factors as all products are custom made upon receipt of your order. Refunds will be processed as early as possible and will be refunded to the same account through which payments were made, usually within 14 days of the refund being accepted. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at customerservice@cadbu.com [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="Can I exchange my product?" open="false"]At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let

order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a

Shipping & Delivery

[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title="How long will it take to deliver my order?" open="false" el_class="main"]Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, orders will take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to be delievred. We request you to wait until this period is over.

Within the continental USA: 5- 8 business days

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't
be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at customerservice@cadbu.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost. [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="Where will my order ship from?" open="false"]We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will be shipped from the nearest facility to your shipping address.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="How can I change my shipping address?" open="false"]By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your cadbu account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Please make sure you make any changes to your shipping address before placing your order. We will not be liable for any issues caused by changing your shipping address after the order has been placed.

and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so

If you receive any unsolicited calls/emails/texts asking for you to verify your account, please do not provide any information and deleted the message immediately. Fill in your email address and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset the password.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="My card was charged but the order says payment failed. What happened?" open="false"]Sometimes due to connection issued between the server and the processor or the processor your bank/card provider, the transaction failed to complete and we did not receive the confirmation of a successful payment.

Usually, the money is credited back to your account within 7 working days, but depending on your bank, it could be longer.

You can take the following steps to check on the payment status:

  • Contact your bank or card provider and proivide them the details of the transaction.
  • Email us with the order details and we will check with our payments processor regarding the status of your payment
  • Wait for a week and check if the money was credited back to your account.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at customerservice@cadbu.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
